GCC's Role in Enhancing Business Strategies
With the emergence of banks offering a world-class banking services in the country and the potential for international trade coupled with the ever-increasing donor funds to both government institutions and civil society organizations, the need for new business strategies, modernization, accountability and efficient fund management has never been so urgent. To fill the capacity gap created by the strict donor regulations, GCC partners with local organizations and government institutions that receive donor funding and help them manage grants and deliver project outcomes stipulated in donor agreements.
